COR did a wonderful job on our large home remodeling project in Waukesha. They did the full design and construction, and took the entire house down to the studs and delivered a wonderful, high-quality project. New kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces. New Garage. All new equipment. Completed on time and on budget with very few change orders, all of which I requested. No surprises. This firm is very honest and do what they say, when they say they are going to do it. I would hire them again to do any sort of remodeling project in the future without hesitation. 5 STARS.

I contacted the owner, Maretes, requesting a full bathroom remodel on a very short time table. She offered a lot of suggestions, solved several structural problems, and kept me informed of the work to be performed. She did a lot of shopping for the products I needed as I was limited at the time by a medical condition. The entire project was completed in the time frame I needed and turned out better than I anticipated. I now have a beautiful, spa like shower/bathroom that I look forward to enjoying for years to come.
The owner, Maretes, is absolutely wonderful. She maintained contact with me throughout the entire remodeling process and was very thorough in her explanations of the work that was being done. The price was also very reasonable. There are too may contractors out there that are scammers and they will take your money without completing the project properly, forcing you to pay more money to have it done right. With COR Improvements, I was provided with the peace of mind that the project was going to be completed properly the first time and I am beyond happy with the results!
We had a problematic situation with our custom fence. Not only did COR get the problem fixed but the gate works better than ever!! When everyone else said that they couldnt do anything Maretes and COR made sure that we could have the protected back yard we really wanted 🙂
